We successfully developed and implemented a digital registration and queue management system for Bangun Tjipta Group’s annual mass circumcision CSR event, serving 1,300 participants across Jabodetabek.
The system transformed the traditional manual process into a fully digital experience, starting from online participant registration, automated QR Code verification, and real-time queue display on large screens during the event.
This solution helped improve event efficiency, reduce waiting time, simplify participant verification, and enhance overall service quality for both organizers and attendees.
Our digital system also supported better crowd management and demonstrated how technology can modernize large-scale social and community events.
